Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini believes the pressure will be on Manchester United when the two sides meet in a potential Premier League title decider next Monday.
United dropped two points in a thrilling 4-4 draw with Everton on Sunday, with City winning 2-0 at Wolves to move within three points of United at the summit. This means they can go top of the table on goal difference with a victory at the Etihad Stadium.
Mancini, whose side are 6/5 with bookmaker to beat United, said: “We have another chance, but United have a bigger chance than us at this moment.
“Only one team can win this title. It’s not in our hands, we have three points less.”
Even if the Citizens do see off United to climb back to the summit, they still face a daunting trip to in-form Newcastle United in their penultimate fixture before ending the campaign at home to Queens Park Rangers.
