Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic is confident that the Blues can maintain their brilliant form until the end of the season.
The Serbian international will miss the Champions League final against Bayern Munich, a game Chelsea are 7/4 with bookmaker to win, through suspension after picking up a yellow card in the semi-final victory over holders Barcelona.
However, the defender will be able to take part in Saturday’s FA Cup final against Liverpool at Wembley, a game Chelsea are 4/6 to win.
Ivanovic said: “When he (Roberto Di Matteo) took charge, it was important to win the first couple of games, no matter which way we played. It gave us more confidence after that.
“At the moment everything is looking perfect and beautiful but we now have to finish the job and win the trophies. It is impossible to predict the future but the incentive is for us to win both trophies.”
