The west London club, who are 14/1 with bookmaker to defeat Bayern Munich 2-1, are without the banned John Terry, Ramires and Branislav Ivanovic, and will be facing the German giants on their home ground.
However, they have received a boost with the news that defensive duo Gary Cahill and David Luiz are set to take part after recovering from injury.
Meanwhile, midfielder John Obi Mikel insists the Blues have a great chance of tasting Champions League glory.
He said: “You have to maintain the will to win at all times, but also stay calm. You can do it – that’s why we are professionals. If you know how to manage these two things together, it makes your life in football – as well as outside football – very much easier.”
