Former Major winner Nick Price believes Lee Westwood has been right to bring in Tony Johnstone as his short game coach.
Westwood is currently preparing for the Ryder Cup, with Europe at 5/4 to win the prestigious competition with bookmaker, and has decided to bring in Johnstone, having parted company with former coach Pete Cowen.
Price believes the world number four has made the right decision to bring in a new short game advisor.
He told Golf Digest Canada: “A wise choice. [He’s the most] underrated short-game player ever. I’m so happy for him, and I am sure he will help Lee a lot.”
