Warrington full-back Brett Hodgson is looking forward to playing his former team Huddersfield Giants in a crunch Challenge Cup semi-final clash this weekend.
However, Hodgson has warned his team-mates against taking anything for granted even though their opponents have lost seven of their last eight matches.
Huddersfield are 12/1 with bookmaker to win this year’s Challenge Cup final while Warrington can be backed at 6/4.
“It’s always good to go up against your old clubs, but the fact that we are playing Huddersfield has no bearing on my preparation. And even though they haven’t been playing too well of late they’ll be very determined to book a place in the final,” said Hodgson, who is in his second season with the Wolves following his switch from the Galpharm Stadium.
