England hooker James Roby is confident that Steve McNamara’s side can bounce back from Saturday’s defeat to Australia, 1/5 with bookmaker to win the Four Nations, and beat New Zealand this weekend.
England need to secure victory over the Kiwis to set up a final against Australia, who beat the tournament hosts 36-20 at Wembley.
Roby believes there are many positives to take from that defeat though, saying: “It was a typical Test match and we know what to do if we get another crack at them. But we can’t afford to focus too much on them when we have another game to win this Saturday. It’s a hard one to call but we have nothing to fear.”
England are 9/1 to gain revenge over the Kangaroos and win the tournament.
