Warrington Wolves coach Tony Smith is relishing the prospect of taking on his former club Leeds Rhinos in the final of the Challenge Cup.
Smith praised the determination of his side, who are 1/2 with bookmaker to win the Wembley showdown on 25th August, during their semi-final victory over Huddersfield on Sunday.
The Giants led 6-0 in the early stages but Warrington ran in five tries to secure a 33-6 victory in a one-sided contest.
“It’s fantastic, we’re excited, the guys did a great job,” said Smith.
“Leeds are desperate for it, they keep giving themselves a chance and it’ll be a good game between us, two teams that like to play rugby league and in good spirit.”
