Head coach Shaun Edwards has left Wasps, who are 25/1 with bookmaker to win the Aviva Premiership Grand Final this season, after a decade of service.
Edwards has spent the last ten years with the London club, where he helped the side to four league titles and two Heineken Cups, while he has also been acting as part-time defence coach with Wales.
However, having helped Wales reach the semi-finals of the World Cup last month, Edwards has been allowed to leave Wasps despite having another 18 months left on his contract.
The former Great Britain rugby league international has been linked with a role in the England set-up, while he is also believed to be a candidate to become director of rugby with Cardiff Blues.
After confirming his exit for a fresh test, Edwards said: “I will always have fond memories of my time with Wasps and feel ready and excited for some new challenges ahead of me.
“The experiences of the recent British and Irish Lions tour and the recent World Cup have given me more knowledge than I have ever had.”
