The ukrainian capital decided to get rid of the press for Euro 2012 in a mass dismantle of the places for sale of newspapers and magazines. The Kyiv city state administration has already removed  “Press” 14 kiosks from the streets. The corresponding order was prepared in connection with preparation for Euro 2012. This was reported in The Association of Ukrainian Press. Illegally installed kiosks must be demolished. As UEFA president Michel Platini warns Ukraine that time is running out to complete its Euro 2012 preparations, the co-hosts announced today the opening date for the much-delayed Lviv stadium. The final tournament of European football championships in 2012 will start one day earlier than originally planned. The opening match at the National Stadium in Warsaw will take place on 8 June, not 9 June. Information about the change of the date was confirmed by PAP spokesman of the company Euro 2012 Poland Julius Głuski. The finals of the UEFA EURO 2012 championships may be held in Warsaw and not Kyiv, writes Gazeta Wyborcza, quoting recent decisions by UEFA.
