Poles are running ahead of schedule with their preparations. Poland is ahead of schedule in its preparations for the 2012 European Soccer Championship. Last week UEFA, the governing soccer body in Europe, finally announced the four Polish cities that will host Euro 2012 championship games. The Ukrainian cities of Kiev and Donetsk are guaranteed to be chosen as hosts for the 2012 European soccer championship and three others discover on Wednesday if they will join them. The 2012 European Soccer Championship will be held in five Poland and five Ukrainian cities, Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza reported on Thursday. Claiming that such a decision will be made public by UEFA next Wednesday, the daily said that among Poland’s lucky cities will be Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroclaw, Poznan and Cracow.
