With Arsenal, Spurs and Newcastle all failing to win this weekend, the fight for fourth place in the Premier League will go to the final day of the campaign.
The Gunners were held 3-3 at home by Norwich City on Saturday, but a day later Spurs had to settle for a 1-1 draw at Aston Villa while Newcastle were beaten 2-0 at home by Manchester City.
Spurs lie a point behind third-placed Arsenal, with the Magpies a point behind Harry Redknapp’s men, while sixth-placed Chelsea remain in the hunt as they have two games left to play.
The Gunners are 1/16 with bookmaker to finish in the top four, with Tottenham 1/7 and Newcastle 5/1.
Fourth place could, however, yet prove not to be good enough to secure Champions League football next season.
Chelsea will take one of the four spots on offer if they win this season’s final against Bayern Munich, even if they finish outside the top four in the league.
