Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle, whose side are 5/2 with bookmaker to gain promotion, has high hopes that his side will challenge for an immediate return to the Premier League.
The Trotters are among the early favourites to be at the right end of The Championship table, with Coyle delighted to have landed both Matt Mils and Keith Andrews since the end of last season.
Coyle said: “Both Matt Mills and Keith Andrews were being chased by various clubs all over the country.
“There was huge interest in them. We’ve now also got young players here that we have tied-up on long-term contracts because that’s the future of the club.
“That will move us on and take us back to the Premier League. We are looking to get back there.”
Coyle has seen a number of more experienced players leave the club this summer, most notably Jussi Jaaskelainen and Nigel Reo-Coker.
