Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish has voiced his respect for Manchester City, but insists that the Reds will not be scared to go for the win at the Etihad Stadium.
Dalglish’s men, who are 12/5 with bookmaker to earn a point at City, will hope to cash in on uncertainty created by the league leaders’ 1-0 loss at Sunderland last time out.
However, Dalglish is still full of respect for City, saying: “They are a fantastic side, but so are we, so we are not going to go there and be scared.
“They are certainly a really difficult side to play against and we have our work cut out, but we will work hard and fingers crossed we will come home with a result.”
Liverpool will be boosted by the return from suspension of star striker Luis Suarez, for a game which is covered by bookmaker’s ‘In-Play’ bet offer.
