Pep Guardiola has dismissed rumours suggesting he is set to leave Barcelona for Chelsea at the end of this season.
The 41-year-old is believed to be Blues owner Roman Abramovich’s number one target, but Guardiola says there is absolutely no chance of him succeeding Andre Villas-Boas as the next permanent Chelsea manager.
Speaking before Barcelona’s Champions League semi-final first leg clash at Stamford Bridge, he said: “It is fantasy, it is hypothetical.
“I am coach of Barcelona now and Chelsea have a good manager who is getting unbelievable results. It’s not useful for Chelsea or for Barcelona to talk about that. There is no time to talk about that.”
Barcelona are 13/2 with bookmaker to beat Chelsea 1-0 at Stamford Bridge and 4/5 to retain the Champions League.
