Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Thierry Henry will return to Arsenal on a two-month loan agreement.
The 34-year-old Frenchman has been training with the Gunners, who are 13/2 with bookmaker to beat QPR 1-0 on New Year’s Eve and 10/1 to clinch a 3-1 victory against Neil Warnock’s side.
The New York Red Bulls star is keen to keep up his fitness levels during the Major League Soccer off-season.
Arsenal will be without Gervinho and Marouane Chamakh in January as they are set to play in the Africa Cup of Nations so Henry will be used as back-up to captain Robin van Persie.
