Manager Roberto Mancini thinks his Manchester City side will need around 90 points to win the Premier League this season.
The Citizens have gained 45 points from their first 19 games of the campaign and are currently level at the top of the table with Manchester United, with City 8/11 with bookmaker to be crowned champions.
However, they were beaten 1-0 at Sunderland last time out and Mancini’s men need to respond quickly when they take on Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday evening – a game covered by bookmaker’s ‘In-Play’ bet offer.
Mancini said: “We have 45 points and we have scored 53 goals and I think we need another 45 points in the second half of the season.”
The Italian may recall compatriot Mario Balotelli for the visit of the Reds, while Sergio Aguero and David Silva may also be handed starts after being left on the bench against the Black Cats.
