John Terry will play for Chelsea, 16/1 with bookmaker to win this season’s Premier League title, against Tottenham despite jarring his knee in an aerial challenge with Franco Di Santo in the closing stages of Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Wigan Athletic.
Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas has also confirmed that Brazilian duo David Luiz and Ramires will be fit enough to face Spurs despite missing the DW Stadium clash.
Villas-Boas has admitted that Terry remains in discomfort, but says the England international will play through the pain barrier against Harry Redknapp’s side, who are 18/1 to claim the Premier League title this season.
