Chelsea striker Fernando Torres is considering his future with the club, despite helping the Blues to their first-ever Champions League triumph at the weekend.
Torres was deeply unhappy at missing out on a starting spot for the Blues, who are 14/1 with bookmaker to be crowned European champions again next season.
The Spaniard has struggled for form since his £50million arrival from Liverpool in January 2011, scoring just seven goals in 46 Premier League outings for his current employers.
He told Sky Sports’ Guillem Balague: “It was a huge disappointment when I saw the line-up, perhaps the biggest in my life.
“We’ve had a lot of talks and we’ll talk about my future. I need the club to tell me what is going to happen and what sort of role I will have within the team…and then judge whether it is worth it.”
Fellow Blues striker Didier Drogba may also be on the move this summer, with talks over a new contract set to start this week.
