Theo Walcott believes the Arsenal players should take more responsibility for their problems this season.
The Gunners have lost their last three Premier League matches and, after the recent 2-1 home defeat to Manchester United, are 5/2 with bookmaker to finish in the top four this season.
England international Walcott said in the build-up to the FA Cup fourth round clash with Aston Villa, a competition Arsenal are 7/1 to win: “The manager will take all the stick. He looks after us. He believes in us.
“As players we need to look at ourselves. We need to take responsibility. The last few games haven’t been good enough.
“The worst thing is we have a lot of regrets. There are games we could have won. When you go to Swansea and score two goals you should win.”
