World number one Novak Djokovic expects to be fit to feature at the ATP Tour World Finals in London, despite suffering another injury setback.
Djokovic, who is 11/4 with bookmaker to fail to win a Grand Slam in 2012 after winning three this year, was forced to pull out of the Paris Masters ahead of his quarter-final showdown with Jo-Wilfried Tsonga due to shoulder problems.
The Serb had managed to see off Ivan Dodig and Viktor Troicki in his first two matches in the French capital, but was unable to recover fully following his three-set win over compatriot Troicki.
However, Djokovic hopes to be fit and raring to go for the season finale at the O2 Arena, which gets underway on Sunday 20th November.
“I have pushed myself to the limit by playing and after the match yesterday my shoulder got worse,” Djokovic admitted.
